EVENTS 101 is a collection of grassroots continuing education / professional development programs for anyone, at any level, interested in or responsible for producing programs, events, and experiences that strengthen communities and the organizations that sustain them.

Initially conceived in the early 2000s to maximize quality of life in Northern Virginia communities, Foundation Events ECC (a 501(c)(3) charitable events consultancy) has redeveloped the EVENTS 101 program to inspire, educate, and foster transformative impacts in communities nationwide. The program supports nonprofits, local governments, and community-based organizations operating in a post-pandemic world, where budgets are tight, staffing is limited, costs are skyrocketing, and sustainable giving has proven increasingly elusive.

EVENTS 101 trainings amplify and enhance the efforts of mission-driven organizations as they work to achieve key business outcomes and mission goals through the creation, production, and management of successful programs, events, and experiences.
